GP Empowers Cross-border Talent at Macau-GBA Career Fair
Jun 7,2025
Renowned as the “Highest Institution for Overseas Chinese,” Jinan University serves as a cradle for cultivating international talent within the Greater Bay Area. Its graduates are highly sought after by enterprises for their solid professional competence, outstanding cross-cultural communication skills, and international perspective. These exceptional talents align perfectly with GP’s strategic focus on “AI-Powered Children’s Books for Global Markets” and “Cultural Production.” GP presented a compelling lineup of specialized positions, including “AI Children’s Book R&D,” “Cross-Border Brand Specialist,” and “ContentCreator,” focusing on the core demands of its global business expansion. This attracted a large number of Macao and Greater Bay Area youth for in-depth exchanges.
This job fair marked the substantive implementation of GP’s cross-border talent strategy. By translating the philosophy of “attracting global talents and empowering their growth” into actionable frameworks for ” talent discovery, nurturing, and career alignment,” GP is accelerating the development of a Guangdong-Macao integrated talent pipeline for cultural exports. This pipeline will supply the cultural production field with new, dynamic Bay Area professionals equipped with both an international vision and digital skills. It empowers Bay Area youth to seize opportunities presented by national strategic development while simultaneously injecting sustained momentum into GP’s expansion of its “AI-Powered Children’s Books for Global Markets” business and the upgrading of the cultural production industry.
